But, temperamentally NDRT is a societal transformer - in the real and true sense of the word - as described by former President A.P.J.Abdul Kalam - as the lives of thousands of youth, addicted to drinks, drugs and chemical substance, are being transformed for the better.
We are also into providing a new life to destitute women by running a destitute home as well as economically empowering women of the weaker section of society irrespective of caste, creed and religion by imparting free skill training in a number of faculties.
We conduct orientation programmes for teachers, workshops and interactive sessions to the boys and girls of high schools and junior colleges in order to create awareness about ill-effects of unwanted pregnancy on physical and psychological fronts; life-skills; importance of inculcating moral and ethical values; develop positive frame of mind – in a nut-shell, all and everything that is needed for everyone to be human and humane thereby contributing towards wholesome development of society and march towards a NEW DAWN with pride, self-respect and confidence.
